Coming home from vacation is more or less a bad decision.
The less part? Bank account is less. Sleep is less. Memories of a schedule we once had are less. Food in the refrigerator is less. Power of Corolla compared to BMW is less.
The more part? Laundry is more. List to catch up on is more. Brain fog is more. Exhaustion is more. The numbers on the scale are more.
My advice?
I would more or less say, if you are on a vacation, stay that way!
(Okay that was a lot of whining. We made it home safely, and we are grateful!)

Ha Katrina…yes the scales! Oy! Cute post.
It was bad 🙄
If you ever get a chance to go to San Diego, my brother is head chef at a resort there. I’d be more than happy to hook you up!
Oooo…. what a wonderful thing to think about in this weather! However, did I mention extra high numbers on the scale? 😳😀
What a fun post!!!
We’re planning to go home tomorrow from 10 days vacation in Phoenix. Yes more memories and more laundry but MORE of what’s familiar at our house! Relaxing yes! But ready for schedules!
Yes, schedules are always good to find again!
And… you’ve got way more memories!!
So true!
Truth has been spoken! Just one question though… How do I stay on vacation? 😂 That is a wonderful view of the Bay. Thanks for sharing!
Well, yes Rhoda! THAT is the un-written conundrum!
I like the smiling couple best. joy
Thanks Joy! I’m sorry if the blog sounded like whining, because it actually struck me quite funny. I just began to crack myself up as I thought of more and less things!
