Did I mention I’ve actually gone fishing several times? I haven’t actually fished. But I’ve been in an actual boat on the water. I know I look a little seasick on the picture below, but I haven’t vomited yet, so I consider it a big success.

I miss the bannock, especially with walleye!
Bannock!! I forgot about that bread! It was a highlight of my wilderness trails canoe trip up north. I wonder if it would be as good now as it was then or maybe we were just SO hungry after paddling and portaging that it hit the spot… sure wouldn’t mind trying it again sometime!
