These photos take me back, and I can’t help but share a few as I sift through them today, while working on my book.
The most beautiful Starbucks I think I’ve ever been in!
I have to think: The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light!
Sheep, to be sacrificed for the approaching Muslim holiday.
Just a snapshot! I haven’t shared a lot recently, but the ongoing work on my book can be stressful as I revisit the storie of the people.
I pray for wisdom and strength to tell the story well and quickly!

Katrina,
My mom gave me a copy of “Faces of Syria” and I brought it to school for my students to read. We prayed for you before, during, and after your visit to Jordan. The students are devouring the book and asking me questions about the people; so far it has not been on the available shelf all day. Do I understand you that you have a separate book coming out as well on the topic of Syrian refugees?

Yes, Carolyn. I am writing a much more extensive non-fiction book to accompany the photo book.
Thank you again for your prayers! Tell the students I have been very grateful for their prayers ever since you told me.
Blessing sister as you do that. I recently got to see your book from CAM. It touched a cord in my heart. We recently have gotten to interact with many Muslims from around the world at our Café in State College PA . May followers of Jesus band together and show these dear people a true picture of Jesus!
