2 days until I take down my picture from the critical care board.
“You really helped me feel better,” a patient told me tonight. And I feel a twinge of loss to part with a field I know a lot about and go to a field I know little about. And I know why people often stay in a field too long, even though they know they should change, because change seems too hard and a comfort zone seems preferable to a better zone.
Mixed emotions… but had a good chat with my stepmom Jeanie, who is always full of cheer and good ideas.
I have so many wonderful people in my life! I don’t think I could get married without them!

I am not moving but in home health I should have better hours and a little less stress as I get adjusted to married life.
